We accept returns on unworn clothing with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Simply visit our online returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.

Are your technical jackets covered by a warranty?

Yes, all Blackbird Mountain Guides technical apparel comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.

How should I care for my waterproof gear?

To maintain the integrity of waterproof membranes, we recommend machine washing with a technical detergent and tumble drying on low heat to reactivate the DWR coating.
